For the past twelve years, the Dual Reference Website has offered technical information about Dual |
products totally free of advertisements, pop-ups and other annoying features. We have also provided |
individual technical support for your Dual technical problems. So far we have done this out of the |
goodness of our hearts as this website is truly a labor of love. We have heard from many of you telling us |
how much you appreciate the fact that we have taken this approach. |
But the time has come for a change. We would like to update the Dual Reference website with new |
features. Some of these features would be a turntable discussion forum, additional information such as |
product reviews, etc. After 12 years of operation the website needs a facelift too. But we can't do this |
all alone. So we have made the decision to ask our viewers for a donation to keep the site free. If we |
can't raise enough money to cover the cost of operation of the website and its updating we will have to |
either add pop up advertising to the website or make it an annual membership fee site. |
| So we are asking for a donation of $12.00 per year from our viewers. This is not a lot of money but |
| it would cover our costs and provide funding for the improvements outlined above. Donations will be |
accepted through PayPal. You don't even need a PayPal ID to donate, with PayPal donate, we |
| accept all major credit cards. |
| Depending on the response to this request, we will review our options on 1 December 2010. |
